How to Make Hot Cross Muffins

Hot cross buns are delicious but if you've ever tried to make your own, you'll know they can take quite a bit of time, including allowing for the yeast to do its work as the dough rises, and all the fiddly kneading. Remove the fuss by making hot cross muffins, which are just as delicious but probably about three times as fast!
