How to Do Yoga and Positive Thinking

Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. The goals of yoga are varied and range from improving health to achieving Moksha (enlightenment). Moksha means liberation from the world of suffering (Samsara) and realisation of identity with the Supreme Brahman (to live in God or in the light).[1]
Yoga exercises are designed to resolve internal tensions (Samskaras) and thus bring out the inner happiness. They make the body healthy and the mind positive. The Yogi is spiritually one with the entire universe around him. Over the years the yogi arrives through his exercises in a cosmic consciousness. He is in harmony with himself and the world. He lives in existence, in peace and in love.
This article explains how to do yoga with positive sentences. This form of yoga is very helpful for many people. It allows you to quickly to overcome negative tendencies and reach a happy and healthy life. Positive thinking and daily meditation are the two basic techniques of enlightenment.
