Apple has reportedly scheduled an all-hands meeting for employees, believed to be taking place later this week. Supposedly originally planned for last week, before being delayed, according to AppleInsider‘s sources staff have signed NDAs preventing them from revealing the topics under discussion. However, there’s speculation that Apple could be readying a MacBook Pro refresh, the iPad 2 or “a new in-store initiative or service.”
The MacBook Pro update – believed to bring Intel’s Sandy Bridge processors to the notebooks, and perhaps Light Peak connectivity- is expected on Thursday this week, while the second-gen iPad has been tipped for an unveil sometime in March. The nature of updated in-store activities has not been detailed; it could be a new sales push, or it might be some sort of service related to new products.
